The Shaw-Shepherd Research Collaborative has developed software to allow for the straightforward implementation of its methods. Our GitHub page provides a warehouse of code developed to date. Below we provide a few highlights.

The Optimall package is an R package, available on CRAN, that provides a suite of tools for the design and data management of multi-wave two-phase sampling designs. Features include functions to calculate Neyman allocation and adaptive multi wave optimal allocation for stratified sampling. Further details are provided in a manuscript by Yang et al 2021.

We have a Shiny App which allows for dynamic estimation of the optimal design when there is outcome and exposure misclassification, implementing methods by in an upcoming paper by Sarah Lotspeich et al. For more information contact Sarah at slotspeich@unc.edu
